Policies: • Dog must be securely leashed on arrival. Please pick up any mess. • Client is responsible for their own safe behavior & personal belongings on premises. • Booking & attending appointment implies client’s acceptance of groomer’s holistic trauma-free & as-needed service approach; and hourly payment rate tiers. • Groomer will always prioritize dog’s health & needs, while working with appropriate efficiency. Any changes to groom plan are only made for dog’s best interests or capacities. • Client is responsible for communicating and planning with groomer about any personal special requests or budget, to ensure that expectations and options can be clarified. • Client is responsible for full disclosure of pet’s known groom, medical and behavior issues. No-shame policy: honesty is kindly encouraged! • Groomer is not responsible for undisclosed, underlying or unknown issues with the dog, but will alert owner of any issues observed. • Dog grooming has obvious and implicit risks of accidents occurring: by booking & attending appointment, the client understands and assumes grooming risks and releases groomer from liability. • Clients will be sent appointment reminders in advance. • Cancellations/reschedules made less than 3 days prior to appointment are a big loss to a small business!
