Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. May only use previous deposit one time for rescheduling. Deposit non-refundable if canceled. You will have to send another deposit if rescheduling after 24hrs of your appointment! Please note if you are more than 10 mins late you will be charged a late fee! Anything after 20 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled.
