Celestial Ink Tattoo Policies & Terms Appointments & Deposits At Celestial Inc., I want to make the booking process as easy and comfortable as possible for new clients. Your first appointment does not require a deposit. However, please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because of this, I ask that you please be respectful of my time and other clients who may be waiting for an opening. No-Call/No-Show Policy If you no-call/no-show for your first scheduled appointment, a $50 deposit will be required for any future appointments. The $50 deposit is not an additional fee. If you choose to move forward with your tattoo appointment, the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo. The deposit is required to secure your future appointment after a previous no-call/no-show. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Arriving significantly late may result in your appointment needing to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the circumstances. If the delay prevents the appointment from being completed, a deposit may be required to book a new appointment. Tattoo Design & Changes Please communicate your ideas, preferences, placement, and desired size before your appointment whenever possible. Minor adjustments to a design may be discussed before tattooing begins. Significant design changes or completely different concepts may require additional preparation time or a new appointment. Pricing Tattoo pricing may vary depending on the size, placement, detail, style, and amount of time required to complete the tattoo. A final price or estimate will be discussed before tattooing begins whenever possible. Guests Please check with Celestial Inc. before bringing additional guests to your appointment. Tattooing requires a clean, comfortable, and focused environment, so the number of guests may be limited. Health & Safety For your safety and mine, please disclose any relevant information that may affect the tattooing process, including skin conditions, allergies, medications, or other concerns that could impact healing. Do not arrive for your appointment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please communicate with me before your appointment so we can determine whether rescheduling is appropriate. Right to Refuse Service Celestial Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including situations involving disrespectful behavior, harassment, intoxication, unsafe conditions, or circumstances that may compromise the safety or quality of the tattoo.
