BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing my services. Please read all policies carefully before booking your appointment. Deposit Requirement A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment Via Cash App Or Venmo Your deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. Cash App : $Braidbossbeauty Venmo : @braidbossbeauty **ID Verification** All clients are required to upload a valid government-issued ID when booking. This is required for safety and verification purposes Im A Home Based Stylist . Appointments will not be approved without a valid ID. Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your service. • After 20 minutes, an additional $20 late fee will be added. • After 25 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be scheduled. Client Has Option To Pay $50 fee to avoid cancelation Hair Preparation Policy All clients must arrive with their hair freshly washed, fully detangled, and blow-dried. I do not provide washing services under any circumstances. Clients who arrive with unprepared hair may be refused service, and the deposit will be forfeited. Address Policy For safety and privacy reasons, the service address will be sent after your appointment has been confirmed. Hair Length Requirement Your natural hair must be at least 3 inches long all the way around your head in order to receive braiding services. No Extra Guests Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. Only the client being serviced is allowed. No Children For safety and focus during the appointment, children are not allowed unless they are the client being serviced. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled within a 30 day time frame.
