Thank you for choosing Braid Emporium! We are thrilled to have the opportunity to service all you beautiful ladies. Please take a moment to read the following important booking instructions carefully. To secure your appointment, a deposit of $25 is required. All remaining balances must be paid in cash. We kindly ask that you arrive with clean, oil-free hair, unless you've booked a shampoo service (please note that there is an additional fee for this). Our process includes thoroughly straightening your hair before braiding to ensure the best results. Punctuality is key! BRAID EMPORIUM LLC may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
