- As of the 1st August 2025, all bookings will require a 30% security deposit fee. Your tech will reach out to you to pay this deposit before your appointment is secured, failure to pay this deposit will result in your appointment not being secured for you. Cancellation within 12 hours of your appointment or failure to attend will result in your deposit being forfeited. Cancelling with given notice and rescheduling your appointment will ensure your security fee will be transferred to your next appointment. - Lash sets with less that 80% of lashes at your appointment will be classed as a full set. - Attending your appointment with mascara on or any other built up product will require a full lash bath, a lash bath fee will be charged. ($15) - Unfortunatley, my salon does not accomodate children or other guests apart from the client. Appointments will be rescheduled to the next availability if required. - After hour appointments will be charged a $15 after hour fee. (Any appointments after 8.30pm/ special request weekend appointments)
