📋 Policies & Terms ⸻ 💳 Booking & Payment • All services must be booked in advance • A card may be required to secure appointments • Some services require a non-refundable deposit • Remaining balances are due before or at time of service • Gift cards must be used within 3 months of purchase ⸻ ⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows • Please communicate if you need to cancel or reschedule 🤍 • Cancellations with little to no notice may result in a fee • No-shows will be charged and may require prepayment for future bookings • Clients more than 15 minutes late may be canceled or rescheduled ⸻ 💅 Nail Service Policy • Nail services are currently free while in training • Tips are always appreciated but never required • Please allow full appointment time (especially for school bookings) • Results may vary as services are part of a learning process ⸻ 🎈 Event Services Policy • A deposit is required to secure event bookings • Final event details (location, timing, theme) must be confirmed in advance • Setup/breakdown times must be respected • Travel fees may apply depending on location • Pia’s Projects is not responsible for damage after setup is completed ⸻ 🧀 Charcuterie Policy • All food is prepared in a licensed kitchen • Clients are responsible for proper storage after delivery/pickup • Pia’s Projects is not liable for food once it has been delivered ⸻ 👶 Tiger Tots Policy • Registration and waivers are handled through the City of Ephrata Parks & Recreation • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children • Participation is at your own risk • Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes (please notify if you prefer not 🤍) ⸻ 📸 Media & Content • By booking services or attending events, you may be photographed or recorded for promotional use • You may opt out at any time by notifying Pia ⸻ ⚖️ Liability • Pia’s Projects is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages during services or events • Clients agree to participate at their own discretion ⸻ 🤍 Respect & Communication • Please be kind, respectful, and communicative • Pia’s Projects reserves the right to refuse service if boundaries are not respected ⸻ Thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to be part of your special moments.
