We kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit of $25 that is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to the total service cost. Cash, debit & and credit are accepted at the time of your appointment to settle the balance of your service! LATE ARRIVALS We strive to maintain a punctual schedule. All appointments have a 15-minute "grace period" that is set aside if you are running a few minutes late. However late arrivals that exceed 15 minutes, will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show. CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your appointment. Your deposit will be pushed to your next appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours, will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. HYGIENE clients are expected to maintain good personal hygiene, including showering before appointments and avoiding services with open wounds or heavy menstrual bleeding.
