Join us on monday evenings at 6pm for a relaxed and informal pregnancy yoga class in the heart of Saltaire. We have a discussion to start, followed by breathing techniques for birth, gentle and beginner friendy pregnancy yoga yo help stretch and strengthen and ending the session with a guided relaxation. All equipment is provided but if you prefer your own mat and blanket just bring them along. Classes are £9 per session or £50 for a block of six classes. Please message to book in
