📅 Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your service total. • Appointments without deposits will not be held. • Remaining balance is due in cash, I also take tap through card/ or Apple Pay at the time of service. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may transfer their deposit to a new date, but no refunds are given ⸻ 🕒 Late Arrivals • You have a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes late: $20 late fee will be added. • After 15 minutes: Appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If appointment is cancelled, to protect my time and business deposits are non refundable. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.• Late Cancellations (under 24 hours notice): Your card on file will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.• No-Shows (missing your appointment with no notice): Your card on file will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.• By entering your card information to book, you authorize BellamyAllure to process these fees if the cancellation policy is violated. ⸻ 💅🏽 Nail Prep & Maintenance • Please arrive with clean hands and bare nails unless you’ve booked a soak-off or fill-in. • I do not work over lifting or damaged acrylic from other techs. • No kids or extra guests unless discussed beforehand. Please do not show up to your appointment with broken and brittle natural nails. It will affect the longevity of your set! PLEASE COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH BARE NAILS. if you need a soak off please add it in your services as your are booking your appointment. If you show up without informing me, I will be subjected to canceling or rescheduling your appointment. ⸻ 💲 Refunds & Repairs • No refunds once the service is completed. • Free repairs within 48 hours for any issues caused by application. • After 48 hours or for breaks caused by personal mishandling: Repair fee applies. ⸻ 💖 Health & Safety • Please do not book if you are sick or have any contagious condition. • I reserve the right to refuse service for poor hygiene, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect. ⸻ 📸 Content Notice • I may take photos/videos of your nails for social media. If you prefer not to be featured, just let me know! ⏰ Same-Day Appointments & Squeeze-In Fees • Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and must be approved by Sahara directly. Please verify with me via instagram or reach me at my number 651-384-9562 • If accepted, there is an additional $25 same-day booking fee. • Squeeze-in appointments (outside regular hours or last-minute requests) are subject to a $25+ squeeze-in fee, depending on availability. • These fees are in addition to the service total and are non-refundable.
