Thank you for choosing Begoti Beauty 🤍 Please review the following policies before booking: Lash Adjustment / Removal Policy • Any concerns with your lash set must be reported within 24 hours of your appointment. If needed, a complimentary fix or removal will be provided within that timeframe. After 24 hours, refunds or complimentary removals will not be offered. Refund Policy • All services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact me within 24 hours so I can assess and schedule a correction if necessary. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your total service cost. • Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited. • Please arrive on time to ensure full service. Guests • No extra guests unless previously approved. • For safety and relaxation purposes, no children at appointments. Fills • Fills are for existing Begoti Beauty clients only. • Foreign fills (work done by another artist) may require a removal and full set pricing.
