Deposit is paid to secure your appointment, in the case of cancellation or "no-show" the deposit is non refundable. However if you reschedule your appointment to a different date the deposit will be transferred to your new appointment, please notify me as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Consumer Rights Act 2015 Complaints: If the customer is not happy with the results at the time of the appointment, the salon is obligated to offer a follow up appointment to rectify and fix the issue if needed within a reasonable time frame. If there's any doubt about the service provided after the appointment completion the customer needs to communicate this promptly. Every complaint must be verified at the salon and customer needs to be seen in person within a reasonable time frame to verify and rectify the issue raised. I don't do refunds, please let me know as soon as possible if there's an issue, so I have the chance to fix it Salon is not responsible for any action taken by customer outside the salon after the appointment completion resulting in compromising the service provided.
