“Primarily I liked that my dog was relatively at ease throughout the process. He can get totally hysterical! Communication throughout was impressive. BillyJo uses an online booking system which is unusual to me, but it all worked fine. I liked that personal messaging kicked in straightaway. Perfect groom, he's looking very sleek, paws very tidy. We're very happy.”
