Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small business, cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our schedule and other clients waiting for openings. Please review our policy below before booking: Cancellations & Reschedules: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. After 3 rescheduled appointments you will be removed from our booking list. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. Card on File: A valid card is required to book all appointments. Charges will only be applied if the policy terms above are violated. We Understand Life Happens: We know emergencies or unexpected events can occur.
