For families with multiple children, the base rate is determined by the youngest child, with an additional $5.50 per hour per additional child. Max 5 kids per sitter. For larger events please call for more information. Complimentary travel is included within a 15-mile radius of Prosper, TX. Travel beyond this range is billed as follows: • 16–30 miles: $1.75 per mile • 31–50 miles: $2.50 per mile • 51 miles and beyond: $3.50 per mile Holiday bookings are billed at time-and-a-half for all services. Barks N’ Giggles Policies To ensure fairness, consistency, and the highest level of service, the following policies apply to all bookings. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. • If a booking is shortened with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client remains responsible for the full originally scheduled time. • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show, in addition to any applicable cancellation fees. • If you reschedule using the official booking link, your deposit will be automatically applied to the future appointment. Payments • Payment is due at the time of service. • A $10 late fee per day will be applied to payments not received by the end of service. Fees • Same-Day Cancellation: 50% of the total booking cost • Cancellation Fee: $15 per day • Same-Day Booking Fee: $35 • Late Payment Fee: $10 per day following service completion POLICY UPDATES BARKS N’ GIGGLES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST PRICING AND POLICIES AT ANY TIME. CLIENTS WILL BE HELD TO THE TERMS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
