Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Any cancellation or No show may result in a fee being charged. 
Patch Tests are required to all new clients for any tint treatment and lash lift. Failure to have a patch test will mean you cannot have the treatment. If the appointment is cancelled due to this and is less than 24 hours before a fee will be charged.
