By booking with azjenuinenails, you are agreeing to these policies and terms — • Payments Accepted Card and exact cash is accepted. All services bookable through Goldie will be charged through Goldie using a secure link unless you pay cash. Having a card on file is not currently a requirement to book an appointment. (Azjenuinenails covers all transaction fees for card payments). • Suite-Based Appointments Azjenuinenails works out Suite 116 at Phenix Salon Suites on the north side of Arrowhead Towne Center. There’s plenty of parking spots available. • Guests & Children Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Although I prefer your appointment to be as personal, relaxing, and rejuvenating as can be.. I understand that sometimes things are better in pairs. I will always try to accommodate seating for your guest if I know beforehand. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do as early as possible, ideally 24 hours before your appointment time. • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 mins late may shorten your service, forfeit nail art, or require rescheduling. Please arrive on time. If your service is shortened, nail art is forfeited, or your appointment is rescheduled due to late arrival — 100% of the booked service price is owed. • No Shows: No showing to an appointment is unnecessary and always preventable. If a no show occurs and wishes to book a future appointment — A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit will be required. This deposit will be applied towards your service balance, however reschedule requests using this deposit will not be accepted and the deposit will be forfeited.
