Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Please be sure to read all of the policies. What to know when booking….All deposits must be paid so that your stylist can secure your appointment and products needed for your service. Please be on time to your appointment. If you’re running late, you will have a 15 minute grace period.There is a $20.00 squeeze in fee for same day appointments.Wear a mask please (Not optional).Please do not bring any guests (Unless I am notified).Cancellation PolicyWe offer a generous 48- hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel within 48 hours before your scheduled time in order to not amass additional fees.For Example: If your appointment is scheduled for 9AM on Monday, you have until Saturday 9AM (2 days before) to cancel free of charge.Failure to cancel your appointment altogether prior to your scheduled service will result in a $20 cancellation fee. This fee will be requested to be paid on the card you used to book your original appointment. We will work with you personally to reschedule your appointment once the fee is paid. Failure to pay this fee, will result in a permanent ban from any Anointed Roots hair Services. If you fail to communicate and choose to not show up for your appointment, it will also result in a PERMANENT PROSCRIPTION. The Fee needs to be paid in order to reschedule.If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and are within the 48- hour time, please call or text us at (682)448-5193 and we will work with you to find a time that works for you.ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL( unless you follow the correct cancellation policy)| NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED and there could be LATE FEES: Anointed Roots offers services that fit with everyone's schedule. Because we have precise pace, any latenesses over 6 minutes could possibly run into the next appointment. To be fair to other clients who have booked with Anointed Roots, we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Anything over 15-minutes will accrue a $15 late fee. We understand the uncertainties of traffic, however, if you are going to be more than 15-minutes late, please refer to the cancellation policy above since services can take anywhere from 3+ hours (depending on your style).. For example: If your appointment is scheduled for 10:00 AM, you will be granted a 15-minute grace period to arrive by 10:15 AM. If you arrive anytime between 10:16 AM or beyond, you will be charged a $15 late fee. No Show Policy: Anointed Roots has a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. If you do not cancel within 48hrs, reschedule (without paying your fee) or show up to your appointment, you will not be able to book with Anointed Roots hair services again.
