Cancellation Policy - I understand that life happens, and schedules can change unexpectedly. In return, I kindly ask for 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to respect both of our time. That said, I also know that life can happen on my end too. There may be rare occasions when I’m running late or unable to service you as planned. If that’s the case, I will always do my best to communicate promptly and make sure you’re taken care of. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility! Service Redo Policy- Your satisfaction and the health of your hair are my top priorities at the Hair Lab. If you’re not fully happy with your haircut or tone, I’ll gladly redo the service within two weeks of your appointment. However, keep in mind that going lighter is a separate service. The integrity of your hair is key—how your hair lifts during your initial service will determine the final result. My goal is always to maintain healthy, beautiful hair while achieving the best possible look for you! Guest policy - To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for everyone, guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. This includes friends, family, or partners who are not receiving a service. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if their presence feels disruptive, uncomfortable, or unsafe for the stylist or others in the space.
