AZ Doll House requires clients to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee. By booking, clients agree to comply with this policy. AZ Doll House reserves the right to refuse service to clients who do not adhere to these terms. Clients must provide accurate, current information when booking. Az Doll House is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from services rendered. Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions or concerns that could affect treatment. By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full.
