We require a 25% deposit (for Locs) and $50 (for regular braids services) at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable. Full Payment must be received before the beginning of the service to ensure that the transaction will go through and avoid any inconvenience. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellation made after this window makes the deposit nonrefundable. In addition, rescheduling will require 50% of the total service amount to be paid upfront for the new appointment. clients are allowed 15mns grace period, after the allowed grace period, the appointment will be cancelled. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods are cash and zelle only. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless the appointment is for a minor being accompanied by an adult. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. Clients must inspect the hair prior to leaving the business. All complaints must be brought up no later than 48 hours from the day the service was completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
