$20 dollars deposit is required for all clients. If deposit is not received 24 hours before the appointment the appointment will be canceled. After 3 no shows, the client will be blocked and any future service will be declined. 15 minutes grace for the customer, if come later then this timeframe appointment will be cancelled or deposit will be hold but not deducted form final price. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.
