Booking Policies & Terms By booking with Ire’s Nail Stop, you agree to these policies: • Booking and deposits: Appointments are booked through our website and require a $10 deposit to confirm. Your time slot is reserved only after the deposit is paid. • Same-day appointments and walk-ins: Same-day appointments are welcome on the days shown as open on our website, subject to availability. Walk-ins are also welcome when availability is shown on the website. Walk-ins are the only way to book without using the website. If you’re a walk-in and want to reserve a specific time, a $10 deposit is required. • Arrival: Please arrive on time. There is a 20-minute grace period; after that, your appointment will be canceled. • Designs and service time: Every nail service includes one design of your choice at no additional charge. Appointment times may vary depending on the design you choose. • Cancellations and rescheduling: Please contact Ire’s Nail Stop at least two days before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling is limited to two attempts. After your second rescheduling attempt, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to book a new appointment at a time that better suits your schedule. • No-refund policy: There are no refunds for no-shows, cancellations, or last-minute rescheduling. This policy also applies in emergencies or any situation that prevents you from attending your appointment. • Changes by Ire’s Nail Stop: Ire’s Nail Stop may need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
