🌿 New Client Policy • All new clients must complete digital intake forms prior to booking. • A deposit is required to confirm all appointments. • A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of booking . • I do not offer same-day or next-day appointments for first-time & unfamiliar clients. • Sessions are conducted in a professional, therapeutic context only. • Any inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination of the session and full payment due. • I reserve the right to decline service at my discretion. Appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and includes travel to your location. To allow time to adjust the schedule and/or fill the opening, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. A no-show for in-home services applies when I arrive and the session cannot begin, such as when no one is home, the client or scheduled recipient is unavailable, or I am unable to reach anyone by call or text after arrival. In such cases, the full session fee, including any travel fees, will be charged. If a delay caused by the client affects the start of the session, the appointment may be shortened or considered a no-show.
