A non-refundable deposit of $2000 is required to secure your appointment slot and must be paid when booking to avoid cancellation. Receipt of deposit payment should be inserted in the dialogue box at check out, failure to insert receipt will lead to your appointment being declined. The balance should be paid in full at your appointment in cash. If you’re unable to pay deposit via online banking we accept cash deposit in store.

Be on time for your appointment, if you are running late please communicate with me, you are given a 15 mintues grace period. If your more than 15mintues late you will attract a late fee of $1000. If you are more than 30mins late your appointment will be cancelled. You are allowed to reschedule once, NO calls and NO shows will not be tolerated.
