iLash Studio – Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with iLash Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions: * Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. * Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or the loss of any deposit paid. * Clients are responsible for informing their lash artist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions that may affect their treatment before the appointment begins. * While every precaution is taken to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene, iLash Studio cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur following a treatment. * iLash Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the best interest of the client or technician. * Full payment is required at the completion of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. * Clients are expected to follow all aftercare advice and salon hygiene policies to help achieve the best possible results.
