ā¢A NON-REFUNDABLE, ONE TIME TRANSFERABLE deposit of $2,000 is required to secure each appointment. ā¢No shaving or tweezing of brows atleast a week before your appointment. ā¢Absolutely no extra guests unless communicated otherwise. ā¢Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. ā¢No call, no shows will be blocked from booking any future appointments. ā¢All clients have a 20 minute grace period. After this time frame, consider your appointment cancelled unless stated otherwise. ā¢Before/after working hours appointments attract an ADDITIONAL $2,500 on your service. ā¢Brows MUST be makeup and retinol free coming to your appointment. ā¢Absolutely NO REFUNDS!
