Thank you for respecting my time, business & policies 🤍 ⸻ DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS • ALL appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit to secure your booking • 24hrs notice is required to cancel/reschedule • Under 24hrs notice = deposit forfeited • No-shows = deposit forfeited immediately • If a deposit has not been paid, the fee will be added to your next appointment ⸻ REFILLS Refills are for maintaining relatively full lashes. • A minimum of 50% of lashes must remain • Anything under 50% will be charged as a FULL SET • Sparse, patchy or heavily grown out sets are not refill appointments TIME BOOKED = TIME WORKED. If insufficient time has been booked, I may not be able to complete your lashes fully or achieve my best results. ⸻ PREPARATION & ARRIVAL • Arrive with CLEAN lashes free from makeup, oils & residue • Please do not park in the driveway or block vehicles • On arrival, message me and wait to be let in • Contact lenses must be removed prior to your appointment Retention cannot be guaranteed if proper aftercare/pre-care instructions are not followed. ⸻ LATE ARRIVALS Appointments are booked back-to-back. Clients arriving 10+ minutes late will have their appointment cancelled due to insufficient time remaining to complete the service. ⸻ CHILDREN & GUESTS Guests are welcome. Children are not preferred due to the nature of the appointment. If you must bring a child, please contact me beforehand. ⸻ UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE Refunds are not offered on services. If you have concerns with your lashes, you must contact Honeyed within 72 hours so the issue can be assessed.
