By booking with Honey and Lemon Massage and Spa, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Honey and Lemon Massage and Spa may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. 

Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. 

We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
