Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a $20.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business's discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.
