SALON POLICIES & TERMS Thank you for choosing our salon! Please review our policies before submitting a booking request. WALK-IN & BOOKING REQUEST POLICY We are primarily a walk-in salon. Our online booking system is used to request a preferred arrival time and helps us better manage salon flow throughout the day. Submitting a request does NOT reserve or guarantee your appointment time. Requested times are used as a guide so we can better estimate wait times and accommodate both walk-in guests and scheduled services. We may contact you if adjustments need to be made based on availability. ARRIVAL TIMES Please arrive as close to your requested time as possible. Arriving significantly earlier or later may affect wait times and service availability. LATE ARRIVALS If you are running late, please contact the salon. We will do our best to accommodate you, but service timing may need to be adjusted depending on salon traffic and scheduled appointments. SERVICE TIMES All service times listed online are estimated and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, desired results, and salon volume that day. CHEMICAL SERVICES For major color corrections or specialty services, a consultation may be required before booking. Results may vary depending on previous color history and hair condition. CHILDREN Children are welcome in the salon. For safety reasons, children receiving services must be supervised while in the salon. PAYMENTS Payment is due at the time services are completed. We accept approved forms of payment available at the salon. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
