At Haven Held, every treatment is intentionally curated to provide a restorative, personalized experience. To ensure the highest level of care for all guests, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Arrival Policy:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your treatment session in order to respect the appointments of other guests. Full-service charges will still apply.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
* Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
* Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
We understand emergencies happen and reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.

No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the reservation fee. Future bookings may require advance payment.

Deposits & Prepaid Services:
Certain services, packages, events, or extended appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment time. Deposits will be applied toward your service balance.

Treatment Suitability:
For your safety and optimal treatment outcomes, please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent cosmetic procedures, pregnancy status, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.

Haven Held reserves the right to modify or decline treatment if a service is deemed unsuitable or contraindicated.

Results & Home Care:
Every client's skin journey is unique. While treatments are designed to support healthy skin function and visible improvements, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
For best outcomes, clients are encouraged to follow recommended home-care protocols and post-treatment instructions.

Children & Additional Guests:
To maintain a peaceful and restorative studio environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Health & Wellness Considerations:
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, fever, contagious conditions, or active infections, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

Photography & Social Media Consent:
Haven Held may occasionally photograph or record treatment results for educational or promotional purposes. Your privacy is respected, and no photos or videos will be taken or shared without your explicit verbal or written consent. By consenting, you authorize Haven Held to use these images or recordings and waive any right to compensation for their use.

Gift Certificates & Packages:
Gift certificates, prepaid treatments, and service packages are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Expiration dates, where applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Studio Environment:
Haven Held is a mindful wellness space dedicated to rest, presence, and healing. We kindly ask guests to silence mobile devices and respect the tranquil atmosphere throughout their visit.

Right to Refuse Service:
Haven Held reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

Chargeback Policy: 
By booking, you agree to contact Haven Held directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for services rendered or fees incurred under our booking and cancellation policies may be contested with supporting documentation.

Cecilia gave me such an amazing facial experience! I wanted to try out her facial in preparation for my wedding. I appreciated that she asked about my skin concerns and the products I have been using in order to tailor the facial treatment according to my skin needs.
