•SERVICE PAYMENT OPTIONS• For your convenience, Hair by Natali accepts Cash, PayPal, Zelle, and NFCU as forms of payment. •AVAILABILITY• All services are available by appointment only. This allows me to give each guest my full attention and provide a personalized experience. •GENDER + AGE NEUTRAL PRICING• I want everyone who sits here to feel valued, respected, and beautifully taken care of. Because of that, my pricing is completely gender-neutral and age-inclusive. To keep things fair and transparent, my rates are based strictly on the time it takes, the length/thickness of your hair, and the amount of product used to achieve your goals. I price the hair, not the person. •SUNDAY SERVICES• To accommodate exclusive weekend requests and provide dedicated, one-on-one time outside of regular business hours, Sunday appointments include a 35% premium. This adjustment will be automatically applied at checkout. •NEW CLIENT COLOR + TEXTURE SERVICES• If you’re new to Hair by Natali and interested in a color or texture service, a consultation is required before booking your first service. Consultations must be booked separately from your service appointment. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your hair history, goals, and desired result, while allowing me to determine the best approach for your hair. If a first-time color or texture service is requested without a consultation on record, the service request will need to be declined until a consultation has been completed. •LATE ARRIVALS• I understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, arriving on time is important so that I can provide you with the full experience while respecting the appointments scheduled after yours. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the service and remaining appointment time. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, the service may need to be booked for a later date. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you know you’ll be running behind. •CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING• I truly value my guests’ time and understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. At this time, Hair by Natali does not charge fees for cancellations or no-shows. However, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Providing advance notice allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest and keep my schedule running smoothly. While I currently do not charge cancellation or no-show fees, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in limited or prepaid booking options in the future. Thank you for being considerate of my time and the time of other guests. •ADDITIONAL GUESTS + CHILDREN• Guests and children are welcome in the salon. I simply ask that children remain well behaved and that any child who may need supervision during your appointment be accompanied by another adult. This helps me maintain a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment while giving each guest the focused attention they deserve •COLOR + TEXTURE EXPECTATIONS• Every head of hair is unique, and results can vary depending on hair history, condition, texture, previous color or chemical services, and your desired outcome. Certain color or texture goals may require multiple appointments to achieve safely while maintaining the integrity of your hair. My priority is always to create beautiful results while keeping your hair as healthy as possible. Inspiration photos are always welcome and helpful for communicating your vision; however, they are used as a reference rather than a guarantee of an identical result. •CLIENT HISTORY + DISCLOSURE• For color and texture services, please provide an honest and complete history of your hair, including previous color, bleach, box dye, henna, relaxers, perms, keratin or smoothing treatments, and any other chemical services. Accurate information allows me to properly assess your hair and determine the safest and most appropriate approach for your desired result. If undisclosed previous services or treatments affect the condition or process of your hair, I may need to modify or decline a service in order to protect the integrity of your hair. •REFUNDS + ADJUSTMENTS• I want you to love your look! While all services are non-refundable, I’m happy to offer a complimentary adjustment when the result of your service does not align with what was discussed and agreed upon during your appointment. Adjustment requests must be reasonable and related to the original service provided. Complimentary adjustments are intended to refine or correct the original result and do not include a change of mind, a new look, or a request for a different service after the appointment. If you have a concern with your service, please reach out within 5 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and determine the best way to address them. Adjustments are offered at my discretion based on the nature of the request and the original service performed. My goal is always to make sure you feel confident and happy with your hair while also maintaining the integrity of your hair and the services provided. •COMMUNICATION• To keep communication organized and ensure I can give each guest my full attention, all appointment-related communication must be sent via text message to 671-688-9628. This includes questions, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and service concerns. Please allow reasonable time for a response, as I may be with a guest or outside of business hours when your message is received.
