*NEW clients who are wanting a colour service must book a consultation/skin test at least 48 hours before appointment.
*CURRENTLY UNABLE TO ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS* these appointments will be declined and you will join my wait list. 


* Cancellation policy - 48 hours for colour service or 24 hours for cutting service, if you fall below these timeframes then a 50% charge will apply. 

* Extra charge may apply if service takes longer due to length/thickness of hair and extra product used

You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. If however cancellation is under the 48 hour period you will be lose your booking fee
