no-shows will require a deposit before booking future appointments

if you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible — appointments may need to be adjusted or rescheduled after 15 minutes

all extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit

no refunds on completed services, but if you have any concerns please reach out within 7 days so i can make it right

for the comfort of all guests, please limit extra guests or children unless they are receiving a service as well

Mallory did an amazing job on my hair! I was super nervous to change anything about my hair only 3 months before my wedding, but Mallory exceeded my expectations. She gave me very natural highlights that gave me some dimension. She's also very personable and easy to talk to. I'll be back!!!
