Here are some important instructions that you need to adhere by: 1.I require a $20 deposit which goes towards your servicing fee. This deposit is to secure your spot. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE 2. REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR ZELLE 3. LATENESS. If you are 20 minutes late a $20 late fee is applied to your servicing fee. Anything after 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled! Please let me know ahead of time. 4. CANCELLATIONS : If you need to reschedule your appointment please communicate this to me no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. * 5. NO SHOWS ARE NOT TOLERATED. Client will be charged up 100% of service. 6. No extra guest please 7. NO REFUNDS 8. Please come make up free. If you show with makeup/build up on your lashes 9. If lashes begin to fall out excessively, I will fix free of charge within 48 hours of appointment. If you wait longer than 2 days after communicating with me you will be charge for a fill in. 10. Deposits are non transferable SQUEEZE INS/LATE FOREIGN FILLS: I do not work over another lash techs work. You are required to select lash removal when booking. Must be 15+ to be serviced. Once you book your appointment you will receive a confirmation email with the address attached. When you arrive you can feel free to text for directions if needed.
