Good Faith Grooming offers pet services in the comfort of your home, making grooming more convenient for you and less stressful for your pet! Our company was created in 2018 by a veterinary technician with over a decade of veterinary experience. Your pet will always receive individualized attention, loving care and a tailored experience based on their needs and temperament. We practice fear free techniques and positive reinforcement to ensure each service is completed in the least stressful way for your pet. We stand on excellence, great communication, and loving care for every pet we service! From start to finish you are finally welcome to stay by your pets side!
Policy and Terms
Good Faith Grooming stands on a mission to create positive grooming experiences for pets. If a pet is extremely anxious, Good Faith Grooming may terminate the grooming process or reschedule the service (travel fees will still be paid). In every case, we will offer a game plan and recommendations so future grooming services can be approached in a low-stress and positive manner! We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed, with notice provided as soon as reasonably possible. In most cases travel fees will apply, we will give you a quote for this fee at the time of approving a booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered when possible. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods include cash (although we don’t carry change), Venmo, Zelle and credit card (cards will include a processing fee). Clients must be in the home during the grooming service unless otherwise approved in advance.
