Please review our cancellation policy below: Appointment Changes: We kindly request that you notify us of any appointment changes or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. Late Cancellations and No-Shows for services that require a deposit: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments will forfeit their deposit. The deposit/charge will be retained by Golden Heart Lash + Brow as compensation for the lost appointment time and the inconvenience caused. Lash Refill Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments are subject to a 50% charge of the service amount. The charge will be retained by Golden Heart Lash + Brow as compensation for the lost appointment time and the inconvenience caused. Cancellations Due to Illness: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness within the 48-hour window, please notify us as soon as possible. While we understand that illness can be unpredictable, we appreciate your efforts to provide timely notice whenever possible. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour window, please contact us to discuss your options. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but please understand that rescheduling may not always be possible. Deposits: For certain services or appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service and is necessary to secure your appointment slot. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
