• Todo servicio cuenta con garantía de una (1) semana para corregir o atender cualquier inconveniente relacionado con el servicio realizado.

• Para notificar cualquier inconveniente o tardanza el día de su cita, favor comunicarse directamente con el salón vía llamada telefónica.

• Toda cita debe ser cancelada o reagendada con un mínimo de 48 horas de anticipación.

• De no cancelar o reagendar dentro del tiempo estipulado, el depósito no será reembolsable ni transferible a una futura cita.

• Al mover la cita de fecha, ya sea comunicándose con el salón o a través de la página web, el depósito se transfiere automáticamente a la nueva fecha, siempre cuando sea 24 horas antes.

• Si la cita es cancelada a través de la página web, el cliente debe comunicarse con el salón para solicitar el reembolso del depósito, ya que este no se procesa automáticamente.
