▪️I REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 12 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO NOTIFY WILL RESULT IN A R25 FEE.

▪️MY BATHROOM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AS I HAVE DOGS THAT ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH STRANGERS IN MY HOUSE.
▪️MAKE SATURDAY BOOKINGS FAR IN ADVANCE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AS THEY ARE THE FIRST DAYS TO BE FULLY BOOKED OF THE WEEK. 
▪️ IF PEDICURES ARE BOOKED PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FEET ARE CLEAN AND MAYBE WET WIPES PRIOR TO ENTERING MY NAIL STUDIO 
▪️WHEN BOOKING A FACIAL WAX MAKE SURE TO HAVE NO MAKE,SUNSCREENS,OILS AS IT ALL AFFECTS THE WAX REMOVAL.
▪️ LASTLY, REGARDING ANY WHATSAPP BOOKINGS, PLEASE BE AS PATIENT AS POSSIBLE AS I HAVE CONSTANT MESSAGES COMING THROUGH AND CANT GET TO ALL SINCE I WORK ALONE AND DO NOT THINK IT IS FAIR TO BE RESPONDING WHILE COMPLETING TREATMENTS WITH OTHER CLIENTS.
