Booking & Client Policies By booking an appointment with Glam Klaw Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Please review all policies before scheduling. APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hour notice. Appointments that do not meet the required cancellation or rescheduling notice will require a new deposit before another appointment can be booked. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in nail art or services being modified or shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. Excessive lateness may require the appointment to be rescheduled and a new deposit may be required. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without providing notice will forfeit their deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. And your card on file is subjected to being charged 75% of your appointment balance. GUESTS & CHILDREN Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment. Children are only permitted when they are scheduled to receive a service. MOBILE SERVICE & TRAVEL (For Glam Spa Party) Mobile services are available for select appointments and events. A minimum $15 travel fee applies to all mobile appointments. Travel exceeding the minimum will be calculated at $1.00 per mile, round trip, from Glam Klaw Studio to the service location and back. For example, if the service location is 12 miles away, the total travel distance is 24 miles round trip, resulting in a $24 travel fee. Travel fees are separate from service and party-package pricing. The complete service address must be provided before the final travel fee can be calculated and the mobile appointment confirmed. SERVICE LOCATION For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate area where services can be performed. Adequate space and access to electricity must be available when required for the scheduled service. NAIL REPAIR POLICY Please contact Glam Klaw Studio as soon as possible if you experience an issue with your nails following your appointment. Complimentary corrections are available within 72 hours when there is an issue with the original service. Any complimentary correction will be for the same original design. Repair requests made after the complimentary correction period may be subject to a repair fee. Nail damage caused by improper care, picking, biting, accidents, or client-related damage is not considered a service correction. PAYMENT The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Tap to Pay. Please be prepared to submit your remaining balance at the completion of your appointment. PARKING & ARRIVAL For appointments at Glam Klaw Studio, please park in the designated area across the street and do not park in the driveway. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Please arrive with your nails in the condition required for your scheduled service. Additional services, including removal or repairs that were not included when booking, may require an additional fee and are subject to available appointment time. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Glam Klaw Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including situations involving inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, unsafe conditions, suspected nail infections or conditions that cannot safely be serviced, or repeated violations of studio policies. POLICY AGREEMENT By submitting your deposit and booking an appointment with Glam Klaw Studio, you confirm that you have reviewed, understand, and agree to these policies.
