💅 Bookings & Cancellations Policy

To ensure a smooth and magical experience for all clients, please read and respect the following policies when booking your appointment:

🗓 Bookings
	•	All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system and a 50% deposit will be collected. This will be used off your remaining balance for your service 
	•	On booking your card details will then be kept on file (for cancellation/no show)  deposits are NON-refundable 
	•	Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.



❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
	•	Cancellations less than 48 hours require a 50% service fee and Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a service fee of 100% been charged from your card of the full amount of the service 
	•	No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and prepayment will be required for future bookings. 
	•	Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

🔁 Rescheduling
	•	You may reschedule your appointment once, up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that, if you continue to reschedule you will be blocked from booking again
 

⚠️ Sick Policy
	•	If you’re feeling unwell, please let me know in advance. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears ill, for the health and safety of all clients.

Minors Policy: For health, safety, and insurance reasons, all minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire appointment. Unaccompanied minors will not be permitted to receive services.

Loren is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever been to. She’s so professional, creative, and talented , every request I have and no matter how many inspo pics I bring (there does be several) she NAILS it everytime (pun intended 💅😂)
