💅 Bookings & Cancellations Policy To ensure a smooth and magical experience for all clients, please read and respect the following policies when booking your appointment: 🗓 Bookings • All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system and a 50% deposit will be collected. This will be used off your remaining balance for your service • On booking your card details will then be kept on file (for cancellation/no show) deposits are NON-refundable • Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations less than 48 hours require a 50% service fee and Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a service fee of 100% been charged from your card of the full amount of the service • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and prepayment will be required for future bookings. • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. 🔁 Rescheduling • You may reschedule your appointment once, up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that, if you continue to reschedule you will be blocked from booking again ⚠️ Sick Policy • If you’re feeling unwell, please let me know in advance. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears ill, for the health and safety of all clients. Minors Policy: For health, safety, and insurance reasons, all minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire appointment.
