Cancelation/Reschedule:

Clients must provide a 24-hour notice for any cancelation or rescheduling of appointments.

Late Policy:

Clients must notify Tatnails19 at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment if they will be 15 minutes late or more. A 15-minute grace period will be given if proper notice is provided, otherwise, the appointment will be canceled.

No Show Policy:

Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a $30 deposit requirement for rescheduling. A second no-show will result in inability to book future appointments.

Emergency:

Exceptions to the no-show policy may be made for emergencies.


I has several social media platforms. I upload nail work that includes my own nails and clients.  By reading and acknowledging this information, you give me permission to film your nail session for my social media accounts.  I will never film your face and your voice will be muted. Tori did my 8 year olds nails today.  She was great with her.  Told her to let her know if it hurt or was uncomfortable.  Even told her to ask questions about anything she was putting on her or doing to her.  I highly recommend her for children!!!
