Cancelation/Reschedule: Clients must provide a 24-hour notice for any cancelation or rescheduling of appointments. Late Policy: Clients must notify Tatnails19 at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment if they will be 15 minutes late or more. A 15-minute grace period will be given if proper notice is provided, otherwise, the appointment will be canceled. No Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a $30 deposit requirement for rescheduling. A second no-show will result in inability to book future appointments. Emergency: Exceptions to the no-show policy may be made for emergencies. I has several social media platforms.
