Clients of Lacquered by Lo may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show up for the appointment, your deposit will be kept and the appointment time forfeited. Clients who cancel day of the appointment will be charged 50% of their total service, however, your deposit will be put towards that percentage.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will also forfeit their deposit and appointment time, and will need to reschedule. In the event a client no-call no-shows, they will be charged 100% of the service fee scheduled. After hours fees may be applied in the event of custom scheduling outside of regular business hours agreed upon prior to the appointment. These policies are in place to ensure the efficient operation of our business and to respect the time of both our clients and our staff.

Lauren always does such an amazing job with my nails! I appreciate her attention to detail and creativity with designs. She’s so fun to hang out with and was so patient with me when deciding on Gel X vs builder gel and picking out designs. Highly recommend, Lauren is the best!!

Love love love my nails! I was already planning my next appointment before leaving the first. Lauren is very talented with her nail art, careful and detailed in her nail prep and tip application, and has such a genuine and warm presence. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
