Booking fees are required to secure all appointments. These fees are non-refundable in case of short notice cancellation or no-shows to protect myself and my business. 
Fees paid will be deducted from your final bill.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule within 48hrs of your planned appointment, your booking fee will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled booking. If outside of 48hrs notice, then the fee will be retained, and a new fee will be required to secure another appointment. If 24hrs or less notice is given, the total amount for the booked treatment will be due in full.
Hours of notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, are normal working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm only. 
Evenings after 6pm and weekends do not count. Any cancellations received on an evening or weekend, will apply on the next working day. This may be waived at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Late attendance to your appointment by 15 minutes or more, will be treated as a no-show or last minute cancellation, as your appointment won't be able to go ahead due to timings of other appointments booked in after you. 
In this instance, you will be required to pay the full amount that was due of all the treatments booked. 
If a card has been stored on file, this will be charged accordingly, or payment by bank transfer will be required before booking any future appointments.

If you have gel on from another salon, please have this removed before you attend or select the 'removal of previous gel' option in addition to your booking.
