Policy and Terms

Booking fees are required to secure all appointments. These fees are non-refundable in case of short notice cancellation or no-shows to protect myself and my business. Fees paid will be deducted from your final bill. Should you need to cancel and reschedule within 48hrs of your planned appointment, your booking fee will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled booking. If outside of 48hrs notice, then the fee will be retained, and a new fee will be required to secure another appointment. Hours of notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, are normal working hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm only. Evenings and weekends do not count. Any cancellations received on an evening or weekend, will apply on the next working day. This may be waived at my discretion in exceptional circumstances. Late attendance to your appointment by 15 minutes or more, will be treated as a no-show or last minute cancellation, as your appointment won't be able to go ahead due to timings of other appointments booked in after you. In this instance, you will be required to pay the full amount that was due of all the treatments booked. If a card has been stored on file, this will be charged accordingly, or payment by bank transfer will be required before booking any future appointments. By booking an appointment with me, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you have gel on from another salon, please have this removed before you attend or select the 'removal of previous gel' option in addition to your booking. Thank you

Silent Treatment

If you are anxious, nervous, mentally drained or just not feeling your best and would prefer to sit quietly during your appointment, then add this selection to your booking. You will only be asked minimal questions regarding your treatment such as an offer of a drink or nail colour choice, and then the rest will be silent. No judgement and no explanation required xx

Gel polish luxury pedicure

Feet are soaked in lovely hot bubbly water. Cuticles are then pushed back and tidied and nails clipped and filed. An invigorating scrub is applied and washed off, then you will receive a lovely foot massage using some gorgeously rich cream to soften your heels and make you feel as light as a feather. Lash Lift

Patch test and consultation required 48hrs before if this is your first lash lift appointment with me or more than 6 months has passed since your last treatment. Plexigel Manicure

Choose this option if you feel your nails need a little more strength than a standard gel polish manicure. This option is for the gel on it's own in a natural colour Builder Gel is a more structured, slightly thicker, hard wearing base for those with weak nails prone to flaking, splitting or breaking. Fiber Gel is similar to a Builder gel but has added fibres to create its tough structure. It's firmess is in between a Gel polish and a Builder gel Plexigel Shaper or Builder Gels are a great all round option for anyone needing slightly more strength and structure. Guaranteed 3 week wear. Already have gel on from another salon? Please choose the gel removal option in addition to this service

IBX Treatment

A 2 step liquid treatment for nails that are weak, brittle, flaky or damaged. Using heat and UV light it penetrates the nail to repair damaged cells beneath the surface. It is recommended that this is done weekly to begin with and then the timescale altered accordingly thereafter
