Policy and Terms

Booking fees are non-refundable in case of short notice cancellation or no-shows. However, if you reschedule your appointment within 48hrs of your planned appointment, your booking fee will automatically be transferred to your rescheduled booking. If outside of 48hrs then the fee will be retained, and a new fee will be required to secure another appointment. All large bookings of 3+ treatments and all wedding service/party booking fees are non refundable with ANY amount of notice given, as large bookings are rarely able to be filled. Please ask for further details prior to booking if you need any clarification regarding this. By booking an appointment with me, you are agreeing to these terms. If you have gel on from another salon, please have this removed before you attend or select the 'removal of previous gel' option in addition to your booking. Thank you

If you currently have builder gel on from another salon, please add this option on to your booking as I do charge extra for removing another salons work. If you have it on both fingers and toes, please let me know in the notes so I can apply the correct charges to your final bill

BIAB/Fiber Gel/Rubber base Manicure

Choose this option if you feel your nails need a little more strength than a standard gel polish manicure. This option is for the gel on it's own in a natural colour BIAB stands for Builder Gel in a Bottle. This is a more structured, slightly thicker, hard wearing base for those with weak nails prone to flaking or breaking. Fiber Gel is similar to a Builder gel but has added fibres added to create its firm structure. It's firmess is in between a Gel polish and a Builder gel Rubber Base is for those whose nails need more flexibility but require a bit more strength than a normal base coat but not as hard as a Builder gel Already have gel on from another salon? Please choose the gel removal option in addition to this service

Luxury Gel polish Manicure

Cuticles are pushed back and tidied, nails clipped and filed to your preferred length and shape, Gel polish application, NEOM hand scrub applied then removed with warm towels, hand massage with luxurious NEOM hand cream and your choice of scented cuticle oil to finish If a builder/fiber/rubber base is required as well, please use the message section to inform me. This will incur an extra £5 charge

IBX Treatment

A 2 step liquid treatment for nails that are weak, brittle, flaky or damaged. Using heat and UV light it penetrates the nail to repair damage cells beneath the surface. It is recommended that this is done weekly to begin with and then the timescale altered accordingly thereafter

Traditional polish manicure

Cuticles are pushed back and tidied, nails clipped and filed to your preferred length and shape, traditional nail polish application and a solar oil spritz to hydrate and help speed up drying time. I use CND Vinylux as my preferred brand of choice which dries fully in 8 minutes

Gel polish luxury pedicure

Feet are soaked in lovely hot bubbly water. Cuticles are then pushed back and tidied and nails clipped and filed. An invigorating scrub is applied and washed off, then you will receive a lovely foot massage using some gorgeously rich cream to soften your heels and make you feel as light as a feather. Gel polish application is then done and cuticle oil applied to finish. Heaven ❤️ Please use the message box to state yiur preference of scent for your scrub and cream. Lash Lift

Patch test and consultation required 48hrs before if this is your first lash lift appointment with me or more than 6 months has passed since your last treatment. A lash lift chemically lifts your own natural lashes above the eyelid line to open up the eye and give the effect of longer, fuller lashes. Tint included if required.

Brow Lamination

Patch test and consultation required 48hrs before if this is your first brow lamination appointment with me or more than 6 months has passed since your last treatment. A brow lamination chemically fixes your brows into a neater and fuller shape. Traditionally these are done quite straight up to give a "fluffy" appearance, however mine are done to give a more natural look, hide any missing areas of hair or to help conceal scars. Tint included if required.
