Before arriving to your appointment, please make sure your lashes are clean with zero mascara and you have no oils or lotions around the eyes, this is for LashLifts  or for a brand new set of lash extensions,  if you are coming for a fill, there should not be any use of mascara on your lashes but you also want to follow the zero lotion and oils around the eyes, the use of mascara on lash extensions ruins the extensions and the retention.

Appointment & Health Policy

My time is valuable, and I kindly ask that all clients respect the scheduling process.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. Any no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee including showing up late  which doesn’t allow me time to fulfill the service, and last-minute cancellations or reschedules within the 36-hour window will incur a fee.

Please note that if an appointment is rescheduled for a second time, any deposit on file will be forfeited. Holding the same appointment slot multiple times prevents other clients who are ready to book from securing that time.

Holiday Appointments:
Appointments scheduled on holidays require a 100% non-refundable. 

Illness Policy:
If you are experiencing significant congestion, coughing, flu-like symptoms, or have recently been sick, please do not attend your appointment. I work closely with clients every day and take the health of myself and my clients seriously.

If you are unwell, please reschedule within the required notice period. Lash appointments can always be rescheduled—your health and the health of others comes first.

Clients who arrive visibly ill may be turned away at the time of their appointment and will be responsible for the full service fee due to the reserved appointment time.

Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Be sure to allow extra time for traffic, construction, or other unexpected delays. Consistently arriving late may affect your service and could require rescheduling.


After-Hours Appointment Policy

Appointments requested after 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, as well as any appointment scheduled on weekends, are considered after-hours appointments and are available by special request only, subject to availability.

To accommodate these exclusive appointment times, an after-hours convenience fee of $100 per person will be added to the scheduled service.
