Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. ✨Deposit Policy💕 A $15 non-refundable e-transfer deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The S15 deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at your appointment. ✨Cancellation Policy💕 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date if sufficient notice is provided. ✨No-Show Policy💕 Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their $15 deposit. The deposit will be retained as a no-show fee. *Future appointments may require full payment upfront. ✨Late Policy💕 Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened depending on scheduling availability. ✨Guest Policy💕 To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise approved. ✨Payment💕 The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
